Thought Awareness

Thought awareness is a handy tool for modifying your way of thinking. It’s easy to dwell on the negatives but harder to change them in to a positive.

A very close friend, also a vet nurse, gave me advice that I now try to live by. ‘If you wouldn’t talk to a colleague or a friend how you talk to yourself, then simply, don’t. You deserve the same kindness you give to others.

By isolating the negative and approaching it in a constructive way, the inner dialogue can slowly change 🤍
